Terms and Conditions
Entrants agree to these rules:
All decisions of the Selection Committee are final.
Products entered must fit within one of the designated award categories.
Competitors are allowed to enter their products into a maximum of two categories if they choose as a separate application for each category entered.
Applications must include the age information of all participating individuals.
If improperly categorised, an entry may be moved to a different category based on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, without the applicant’s consent.
As part of the application, the product specifications, videos (up to five minutes) and photos where possible (submitted in .jpg format only, should be less than 3MB, minimum two, maximum five), and product brochure must be provided. The applicants are encouraged to include supporting marketing materials, consumer and/or operator test results, and any other relevant materials that will allow the Selection Committee to fully understand and evaluate the product/service.
Hard-copy applications will not be accepted.
All entry forms are the property of the RCC. We suggest you print or make a copy of your application for your records.
Incomplete applications will be disqualified. RCC is not responsible for the follow-up of incomplete entries.
To evaluate an entry, the Selection Committee may ask for additional information.
If improperly categorized, an entry may be moved to a different category based on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, without consent from the applicant.
RCC reserves the exclusive right to set, modify, and interpret all conditions regarding this competition without claim for damage or recourse of any kind.
Each company or group of individuals selected as an awardee grants RCC permission, without compensation, to use its name and photograph/likeness and/or entry in promoting this or similar award programs in the future.
RCC reserves the right to annul any awards granted to honourees that have misrepresented their product or entry in this competition.
Entries submitted in a previous year are not eligible for resubmission; however, if significant improvements have been made to the original product and/or significant enhancements that are truly unique and innovative, then the new model will be eligible for submission.
Entries by winners or organisations affiliated with winners from the previous year will not be considered.
