Joint Statement on Digitally Connected Western Balkans Six was endorsed at the Western Balkans Digital Summit held in Skopje on 1-2 October 2025.

In their Joint Statement on Digitally Connected Western Balkans Six, ministers and officials from the Western Balkans reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen digital connectivity across the region and with the EU. Building on the success of the Roam Like at Home regime in the Western Balkans and the 2023 EU-WB Roaming Declaration, they reaffirmed their commitment to work on the alignment with the EU roaming acquis and future introduction of RLAH between the WB6 and the EU, while at the same time inviting the signatories of Declaration to consider options for further reducing roaming charges between the WB6 and the EU.
