Following the acknowledgment of youth-umbrella organization’s role in advancing youth participation, by developing the Strategic Plan for the period 2021 – 2025, Youth Network of Montenegro is aiming to embrace its new role as a legally recognized youth-umbrella organization and set the new strategic priorities for the next four years (2021 – 2025) in accordance with the Law on Youth and National Youth Strategy.  
 
Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC) Western Balkans Youth Lab (WBYL) project is to facilitate a  two three-day strategic planning events gathering around 20 representatives of  member organizations and Executive Committee. 
 
Opening remarks will be delivered by representatives of WBYL Project, Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport in Montenegro, and representatives of RYCO.
